“Stacy’s Mom” Actually Sounds Perfect As A Jazz Song By Postmodern Jukebox
Postmodern Jukebox is back at it again, and this time they’re covering Fountains of Wayne’s “Stacy’s Mom.” Casey Abrams joins the crew for this installment, and we have to say that we’re pretty impressed. The track works perfectly as a jazz song and may even be an improvement upon the original!
We wonder what ever happened to Fountains of Wayne. They were certainly a one-hit wonder. Maybe if they had done jazz versions of their songs they would have had a little more longevity.
Probably not, though. Anyway, check out the awesome song in the video above!
