This master chef makes 100’s of noodles out of a thick roll of dough. AMAZING!

Watch Danny Yip, the executive pasta chef of Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills turn a lump of dough into hundreds of delicious noodles. This type of Chinese noodle is known as Lamian, which is made by stretching and folding the dough into strands. The artistic display is wonderfully narrated by the always entertaining Alton Brown.
