Working on Black Friday is probably a lot like going to war. Hordes of desperate people storm your place of business with wild abandon, destroying everything in their way. It sounds terrifying, to be honest.
One manager at a Target knew exactly how to rally his troops before the coming invasion. He stood up and recited a version of Gerard Butler’s rousing speech from the movie “300.”
This guy really knew how to galvanize his workers and I’m sure they all held their own on that fateful day, thanks to his words.
