You might only know him from the successful TV show, “Always Sunny in Philadelphia” but how Charlie Day became Charlie Day is an inspirational tale that is told in an awesome commencement speech. I wish I heard Charlie Day’s goofy speech at my graduation ceremony, especially because of the deeper truth in his speech: don’t be afraid of failure and don’t let fear stand in your way.
