Not Awesome: Gifs Whose Characters Can *Almost* Sympathize With Brazil
Words can barely even begin to describe the humiliation that ensued when after years of political and economic turmoil in Brazil due to the shift in accommodations to host the World Cup, the host country was annihilated on their home turf 7-1 by Germany. One could argue that a very close loss in penalty kicks would be more of a heartbreaker, but either way, this team and country takes its soccer VERY seriously and failed to show up on the biggest stage there is.
If words cannot do justice to the embarrassment, dejection, and fury that Brazil’s greatest fans are feeling right now, perhaps gifs can say it better (hey, it is 2014).
