This Adorable Baby Whale Is Totally Our Friday Spirit Animal!

Even if the week has been a long one, by the time Friday comes around we’re all jumping for joy and ready to embrace the weekend. Essentially, Fridays have us feeling just like J50, the 6-month-old baby orca in the photos below.

Earlier this month, a whale watching tour spotted J50 splashing around and playing in the Salish Sea near British Columbia. Photographer Clint Rivers snapped a few photos as the baby orca leapt out of the water and into the air several times. J50 looks like she’s having an absolute blast!
